IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ THE BELOW
*** No mobile phones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at Chris Rock's Total Blackout Tour***
We advise you to arrive early.
Foyer Doors are open from 5.30pm with auditorium doors from 6.30pm and performances starting from 7.55pm - we don't want you to miss any of the show so please also allow plenty of time forpossible congestion in the Wembley area, security checks and the use of Yondr as detailed below.
Yondr - Phone Free Show
Chris Rock is partnering with Yondr to make this a phone-free show, as are all shows on his Total Blackout Tour. By limiting access to cellphones, artists and audiences can enjoy the show in the moment and without distraction. Several artists have recently used Yondr to create phone-free shows in the UK including Sam Smith, Liam Gallagher, HAIM, Cage the Elephant, Dave Chappelle, and Mica Levi & Dean Blunt.
How It Works:
The use of cellphones, smart watches, cameras and recording devices will NOT be permitted in the performance space.
To assure an expedient entry, please make sure to print out your tickets prior to arriving at the arena.
As you enter the venue, all phones and devices will be placed in Yondr cases which are then locked and handed back to you. You will maintain possession of your phone throughout the event but will be unable to use it within the performance area. Upon exiting the event, the Yondr case will be unlocked.
If you have a need to use a phone during the event, there are designated phone use areas in the venue for people to unlock their cases and access their phones. Yondr has been incorporated into the venue's security procedures.
For public transport please refer to the TFL website to check for any closures and plan your journey accordingly.
Or if driving please check for local road closures HERE. Car park information can be found further below.
Entry and Security
The SSE Arena, Wembley operates a thorough security regime and enhanced security checks are in place.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to pass through our security checks (including the use of Yondr) that will take place at all entrances and queues are likely. If you arrive early you are more likely to avoid long queues.
In addition to your printed ticket being checked, we’ll search any small bags you bring with you. Please be advised that:
- We recommend not to bring bags at all if possible as bag searches can delay entry for all customers.
- There are no cloakrooms operating in our venue.
- For security reasons, bags no larger than a standard rucksack size of approximately 35(W)x17(D)x42(H) cm will be allowed into the venue.
- Customers with luggage will not be permitted entry as luggage cannot go into the auditorium, or be stored anywhere in the venue.
We’ll also get you to pass through our screening arches. The arches are nothing to worry about and are perfectly safe, even for those with pacemakers or pregnant women. It’s our way of checking that nothing is coming into our venue that shouldn’t be.
Please also note that there will be no readmission on this event and no exit for smoking.
